Hi\u1ec7n nay, ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt Vi\u1ec7t Nam quy \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1ea3o h\u1ed9 ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh m\u00e1y t\u00ednh d\u01b0\u1edbi d\u1ea1ng m\u00e3 ngu\u1ed3n v\u00e0 m\u00e3 m\u00e1y.
